All glasses available in our warehouses are shipped within 1 business day from the order date.
If items are not in stock, waiting times will be communicated to you via e-mail. Timelines are indicative and may vary depending on the availability of our supplier.
The prices published on our website for a country belonging to the European Union include VAT.
Discount codes cannot be combined for a single purchase.
Deliveries to a country outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties and charges; these taxes are not determined by Ottica Molineris but by the Customs of the destination country.
Any tax and customs duty are the responsibility of the buyer.
Ottica Molineris cannot know in advance any taxes and customs duties as they vary from country to country. For more information, we advise you to contact the local customs authority or the customer service of Fedex, UPS or DHL in your country.
These taxes charged to the recipient are collected by the courier upon delivery of the package or requested later.

Purchasing with a credit card on Ottica Molineris is secure: we rely on Gestpay, the online payment system of the Banca Sella group, which prioritizes security in transaction management, reassuring customers about the handling of data released online.
Credit card details are only entered on Banca Sella's secure server, which uses the SSL3 security protocol with 128-bit encryption (currently the highest security standard with server-side certification) and immediately transmitted to international authorization circuits.
Sensitive credit card data is therefore never collected or stored on the Ottica Molineris server, ensuring complete security for the buyer.

WARRANTIES
Ottica Molineris ensures the quality and authenticity of the products sold.
All glasses are accompanied by the safety and quality certificate required by European regulations (D.L. n°46 of 24/02/1997-D.M. n°180 of 04/05/1998), and where applicable, by the authenticity and originality certificate of the product issued by the manufacturer.
All products are guaranteed for 24 months from the date of purchase against any manufacturing defect. In the event of proven malfunction of the item, the warranty may provide for its replacement or repair.
Damage caused by improper or incorrect use is not covered.
Please note that Ottica Molineris is not responsible for direct or indirect damage to persons or things resulting from the malfunction of products.
By confirming the order, you accept the above-mentioned sales conditions.
PACKAGING AND DELIVERIES
The ordered goods are prepared with extreme care, using adequate packaging that protects the goods from possible impacts and ensures good thermal insulation.
In case of breakage or tampering with the package, we invite you not to accept the delivery and to contact us immediately.
You can ship your purchases to an address different from your residence; simply indicate it in your order by filling out the appropriate section.
All our shipments are entrusted to serious and professional couriers who, by internal regulation, cannot leave packages unattended at the entrance of your home. We therefore advise you to indicate an address where the courier can find someone who can sign for and collect the package.
You can check the shipping status directly on the official websites of the couriers by entering the waybill number (tracking number), received in the shipping confirmation email. Shipments can be monitored 24/48 hours after receiving the email.
