Withdrawal

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it, provided it is unused, within thirty (30) days from the delivery date.

Before returning the goods, please carefully check that the following conditions are met.

RIGHT OF RETURN

The returned item:

- Must never have been used, must not be damaged or dirty.
- All returned merchandise is carefully checked, and if the condition of the eyewear is deemed different from the original, the return will not be accepted.
- Must be returned in its original case and packaging.

If all these conditions are met, we will refund the product amount. Shipping costs are always borne by the customer. No restocking fees will be applied for correctly returned eyewear.

We will not process refunds for returns that do not meet all the conditions listed above.

The amount will be credited back to the credit card, PayPal, or bank account used for the original order.
In the case of cash on delivery, the refund will be made by bank transfer to an account held by the order holder.
The time it takes for the amount to appear in your account will depend on the rules and procedures of banks and credit card companies.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with Legislative Decree 6 September 2005 no. 206 (and subsequent amendments and additions), the Consumer Customer, if not satisfied with the products or the content of the services purchased from the Seller, may return the products or waive the right to the provision of services and obtain a refund of the price already paid during advance payment.
